According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), less than 9% of all Real Estate transactions are generated from cold calling. It's because of this reason I work by referral only, choosing to spend most of my time and energy cultivating relationships. The best reward I can receive from a client is a referral!
What does working by referral really mean?
Well, for starters, I’m a full service agent. Working by referral raises the bar on performance. Therefore, you are my priority. I’m here to help you sell your home or to find a great place and to represent you throughout this process. I also serve as a sounding board, educator, negotiator and also coordinator of inspections, services and to confirm everthing is delivered to escrow on time. It’s my job to make sure this is a smooth process for you and I take that very seriously.
Because I’m one of those agents who depend on my clients for business, I don’t advertise, go out and randomly knock on people’s doors, or mail out postcards to a geographical group of people. I am a firm believer in building relationships by taking care of my clients, and I take the extra time and resources that other agents would normally spend on doing those other things and give them back to my clients by ensuring their needs are met all throughout the home buying process and afterward. I’m in it for the long-haul so to speak.
My ultimate goal is to be your one-stop-shop for real estate! And my aim is to do such a great job for you, you’ll be excited to spread the word!
